I could not take my eyes off this video, even if the recipe was not at all for me. I can not recommend watching the whole thing enough but highlights at 4:12, garlic cutting at 6:35, tomato chopping at 9:53, and, of course, the summoning of the most important ingredient of all, at 12:50.
